Justin Timberlake had an awesome year with his latest album “FutureSex LoveSounds” so naturally he is being featured in all these best of the year lists. Now MTV has announced their favorite R&B acts of this year and Justin Timberlake ended in the 3rd position ahead of some pretty strong artists. The first spots were given to T-pain and Beyonce. Justin’s FutureSex/LoveSounds (released in September 2006) stormed into ‘07 on the strength of Timbaland’s mud-sopped funk, brutal bass and clean synths and Timberlake’s suburban-rebel charm. “My Love,” “LoveStoned” and “Summer Love” rocked every iPod, stereo player and stadium on his tour. Meanwhile, JT and the SoundScan Killer himself, 50 Cent, hooked up for “Ayo Technology.”
