Justin Timberlake could be the face of the next Parfums Givenchy men’s fragrance, according to rumblings in the market. Neither the pop star’s manager, David Schiff, nor Parfums Givenchy executives in Paris could be reached for comment.
It wouldn’t be Timberlake’s first dabble outside the music world. Two years ago, he and a business partner introduced a line of women’s and men’s denim jeans, T-shirts, blazers, polos and outerwear under the William Rast label. For fall 2008, that collection will be expanded to include sportswear.
Now the singer and dancer-turned-fashionista is apparently ready to try his hand at beauty. He’ll have some famous company. The roster of faces at LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton-owned Parfums Givenchy includes Liv Tyler for the Very Irrésistible Givenchy fragrance and the house’s makeup line.
