Better World 2010 is a 365 day peace awareness campaign that will use the universal language of music, new media and globally televised events to spotlight the need for global peace and harmony.

On April 17 of next year they will have their first globally televised concert event live from Beijing, China featuring top musical acts from all over the world.

And according to their official site these are some of the artists that have commited verbally or will be asked to participate:

Backstreet Boys, Beyonce, Diddy, Coldplay, Jay Z, Justin Timberlake, Mary J Blige, Aerosmith, Lady GaGa, Usher,Maroon 5, Kanye West, Green Day, Marc Anthony, JLO, Juanez,Ciara, Nickelback, Daughtry, Britney Spears, Black Eyed Peas, Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, Alicia Keys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Snow Patrol, Placido , Katy Perry, Duffy, Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, Jacksons, Gwen Stefani.

Wow that’s quite the line-up.  Just take Kanye out of the list please!! He doesn’t bring any kind of peace or harmony to the world.
