In SNL related news, NBC Universal Media Village reports that Justin’s episode gave the show it’s highest ratings since January:

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. -The May 9 edition of “Saturday Night Live” delivered the show’s highest adult 18-49 and total-viewer results in more than three months, according to “live plus same day” in-home viewing figures from Nielsen Media Research.

The May 9 telecast, hosted by Justin Timberlake and featuring musical guest Ciara, scored a 3.0 rating, 12 share in adults 18-49 and 7.2 million viewers overall, “SNL’s” strongest results since the January 31 edition (hosted by Steve Martin with musical guest Jason Mraz), which averaged a 3.1/12 in 18-49 and 7.3 million viewers.

Versus the same night last year, the May 9 “SNL” was up 15 percent in 18-49 and 14 percent in total viewers.

“Saturday Night Live” was the #1 telecast of the night in 18-49 and total viewers, beating all primetime telecasts on all networks. In fact, “SNL’s” 3.0 rating in 18-49 last weekend topped every Saturday primetime telecast on every network, excluding sports, in more than three years (since January 21, 2006).

“Saturday Night Live” wraps up its 34th season May 16 with a telecast hosted by “SNL” alum Will Ferrell and featuring musical guest Green Day.

Congrats JT, you really did an awesome job on SNL last weekend!!
