2. Justin Timberlake nominated for the KCA

   

   Nickelodeon’s 21st edition of the Kid`s Choice Awards will take place on Saturday March 29 and will have Jack Black as this years host.

   Justin Timberlake got nominated for favorite male singer competing against Bow Wow, Chris Brown and Soulja Boy.

   Shrek the third, in which Justin plays Artie, is also nominated in the category for favorite animated movie along with Bee Movie, Ratouille, and The Simpson Movie

   Kids will be able to cast their vote online at http://www.nick.com/kca beginning Monday, March 3 and will also have the option to vote via their cellphones at wap.nick.com.

5. Justin Timberlake presents a William Rast fall collection at NY fashion week

   Justin Timberlake is trying to take sexy forward.

   Timberlake presented a fall collection of his William Rast line Tuesday night at a cocktail party at New York Fashion Week, expanding beyond his current denim line.

   Wearing a leather jacket and a black scarf, Timberlake described the new collection as “high-class, urban couture meets Americana old South.” Utilitarian, military-inspired jackets for women were given feminine curves and kimono-style leather belts.

   The overall look was deconstructed prep-school - the models would have been at home on the set of “Gossip Girl.” They stood on risers in a downtown triplex apartment in front of party-goers including Russell Simmons, “Top Chef” host Padma Lakshmi, NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon and Duran Duran’s Simon LeBon and Nick Rhodes.

   The collection blends influences from Timberlake’s roots in Tennessee and his life now in Hollywood - with the help of Swedish designer Johan Lindeberg and his Italian wife, Marcella.

   “I’ve been wearing a lot of Johan’s stuff anyway,” Timberlake said, including suits, vests and golf gear from the J. Lindeberg line.

   To start their collaboration, Lindeberg asked Timberlake to send digital images that reflect his taste and lifestyle. Timberlake sent pictures of guitars, landscapes, furniture and his studio.

   “I really wanted to keep the rhythm that Justin has,” Lindeberg said. “We have been studying Tennessee.”

   Of the new collection, Timberlake said, “Obviously I love it. You wouldn’t have seen it if I didn’t love it.”

6. Justin Timberlake to work with the Arctic Monkeys ?

   Reports have emerged that the stars of British rock The Arctic Monkeys and US hip-hop singer Justin Timberlake met at the Dorchester Hotel in London last week to discuss the idea of joining forces to create what could be one of the greatest hip-hop and indie crossover records the world has ever seen.

   The Sheffield band were all in London last week to collect their Best Pop gong at the South Bank Show Awards. While JT reunited with Madonna and Timbaland to shoot the video for “4 minutes to save the world”

   A source tells The Sun: “The Arctics and Justin met up one afternoon and discussed the possibility of doing something.

   “It would be absolutely brilliant to see them working on stuff together.

   “The Arctics have very wide musical tastes, as does JT. It would be a match made in music heaven.”

   Fresh off of raving reviews for his role in the hilarious Pepsi/Amazon “Magnetic Attraction” ad that aired during the Super Bowl, Justin Timberlake was spotted spending some time out in New York City on Monday.

   According to an insider, the “Like I Love You” singer busied himself shooting his new music video with Madonna: 4 minutes to save the world before spending some time with his sweetheart Jessica Biel.

   Then JT headed over to his Big Apple restaurant Southern Hospitality to celebrate the debut of his ad, looking like a true rock star in his black leather coat, wool scarf and belted distressed jeans as he chatted nonchalantly with the closely-following paparazzi.

   Later, Timberlake headed over to an exclusive A-list celebrity party at Butter nightclub, where stars like Sophia Bush were dancing the night away.

   Pop star Justin Timberlake and his girlfriend Jessica Biel are addicted to word-making action game Scrabble.

   The SexyBack singer and his actress lover spend many nights indulging their passion for boardgames instead of going out.

   Biel says, “We do a lot of dinner parties and we play board games. I love Scrabble.”

   And the couple isn’t alone in its obsession with the word game - other celebrity fans of Scrabble include Michael Bolton and Nicollette Sheridan, Robbie Williams and the Foo Fighters.
