Madonna just invited Justin Timberlake to introduce her  at the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame.

As the chosen celebrity to be honored, the “like a virgin” singer had to chose some fellow celebrity to induct her into the wall, and after working with Timberlake she thinks he is the perfect one. – People magazine reports.

They are meeting at Waldorf-Astoria hotel in Manhattan next March 10. Hopefully we will have the pictures.

The What Goes Around… Comes Back around singer was officially announced this week as the image of all new upcoming perfume’s by the stylist, and will be featured in all the colognes campains and print ads.

This new Justin Timberlake promotion should begin this next fall and extend trough all 2009. In a conference given to the press, the brand tells they picked JT because he transmits modern elegance. What nice!

CORPUS CHRISTI – Move over Brandon Backe. Move over Hunter Pence. Move over Jeff Bagwell. A new star will soon wear the Hooks uniform.

Justin Timberlake dons the Hooks home whites when he portrays Corpus Christi player Carlton Garrett in the upcoming movie, The Open Road.

Timberlake joins veterans Jeff Bridges and Academy Award winner Mary Steenburgen in Michael Meredith’s independent film project. Kate Mara, who starred in Brokeback Mountain and We Are Marshall, is Timberlake’s love interest.

Timberlake’s character attempts to reconnect with his father, a legendary athlete played by Bridges. The two struggle along a journey home to the bedside of Garrett’s ailing mother.

The 27-year-old Timberlake, who rose to fame with boy band ‘N Sync, has captured six Grammy Awards, three American Music Awards and an Emmy. In 2002, he released his debut solo album, Justified, which sold over 7 million copies worldwide. 2006′s FutureSex/Love Sounds generated six Top 20 hits, making Timberlake the first to accomplish that feat since Michael Jackson did so with Dangerous in 1991-92.

The Open Road is Timberlake’s 10th film. Earlier credits include Model Behavior (2000), On the Line (2001), Edison Force (2005), Alpha Dog (2006), Shrek the Third (voice 2007) and Southland Tales (2007). The Love Guru is scheduled for release June 20.

Over the last four decades, Bridges, 58, has appeared in over 60 films.

“We are pleased, honored and excited about Justin’s portrayal of a Hooks player in The Open Road,” team president J.J. Gottsch said. “Obviously, it’s a nice exposure opportunity for the franchise and we look forward to assisting in any way possible.”

Said Meredith: “I’m a fifth-generation Texan, so having the honor of working with J.J. and the Hooks, and having the support of a Lone Star legend like Mr. (Nolan) Ryan… well, I consider myself pretty fortunate.”

Meredith, producer Jordan Foley and Gottsch first discussed the project in the fall of 2006. Over the last few weeks, Hooks staff members have assisted Meredith’s team with research compilation.

Production of The Open Road begins today in Louisiana.

The Love Guru stars Mike Myers, Jessica Alba, Justin Timberlake, Romany Malco, Meagan Good, and of course, Verne Troyer.In the film, Pitka (Myers) is an American who was left at the gates of an ashram in India as a child and raised by gurus. He moves back to the U.S. to seek fame and fortune in the world of self-help and spirituality. His unorthodox methods are put to the test when he must settle a rift between Toronto Maple Leafs star hockey player Darren Roanoke (Malco) and his estranged wife. After the split, Roanoke’s wife starts dating L.A. Kings star Jacques Grande (Timberlake) out of revenge, sending her husband into a major professional skid — to the horror of the teams’ owner Jane Bullard (Alba) and Coach Cherkov (Troyer). Pitka must return the couple to marital nirvana and get Roanoke back on his game so the team can break the 40-year-old “Bullard Curse” and win the Stanley Cup.

The Love Guru is directed by Marco Schnabel, who worked as second unit director on Meet the Parents, Meet the Fockers, and Austin Powers: Goldmember and is now directing his first feature film. The script was written by both Mike Myers and Graham Gordy. The Love Guru arrives in USA theaters on June 20th this summer.

After an exclusive preview, Rolling Stones magazine reviewed some of the tracks that are going to appear on Madonna’s still untitled new album which is set to hit stores on April 29th.

The magazine also spoke with Danja, who has crafted hit songs for Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears. The producer reveals that he worked on the album in London, and that Madonna indicated “she just wanted uptempo, dance, club [sounds] and everything to have a hip-hop underlining.”

Madonna was easy-going and frequently in the studio putting in long hours alongside himself, Timbaland and Timberlake: “She would come in and sit in her chair in the corner and just vibe with us”, he adds.

Below is the review of the songs where Justin Timberlake is involved:

4 minutes to save the world

“4 Minutes” has a bit of a marching band aesthetic as blasting brass play a scale-like riff, a hard, clanging beat enters and Madonna sings that the “road to heaven is paved with good intentions.” Timberlake and Madonna trade verses, and he appears on the chorus, doing his best Michael Jackson impression while quickly crooning, “We’ve only got four minutes to save the world.”

The track ends after a brief breakdown where everything drops out but one of Tim’s signature Bhangra beats, some stabs of brass and Madonna’s urgent tick-tock’s. It’s a loud, busy, energetic track that is apparently getting an equally adventurous video: As previously reported, the clip (which is still being completed) is directed by hot French duo Jonas & François (Justice’s “D.A.N.C.E.”). Timbaland makes an appearance, and Madonna and Timberlake play superheroes tackling physical obstacles.

Miles Away
Justin produced the track along with Danja and Timbaland, and does back vocals.

A wistful tune about a long-distance relationship with a melody that resembles Timberlake’s FutureSex/LoveSounds, an album Danja says Madonna admired. “We would come up with a track and him and Madonna would come and do lyrics and melody together,” Danja explains.

The song opens with a quickly strummed acoustic guitar, then a stuttering beat drops in and the track slowly swells until it’s filled with atmospheric synths. “You always seem to have the biggest heart when we’re 6,000 miles apart,” Madonna sings grandly, lamenting, “I guess we’re at our best when we’re miles away.” The song has a more airy aesthetic compared to the heavy beats on other tracks, which reflects its more emotional lyrics.

According to reports, Justin Timberlake is planning to propose to his girlfriend actress Jessica Biel. The singer sparked the rumors after he was spotted shopping for engagement rings at Tiffany and Co.

“An onlooker” said: “Justin was really taking his time looking round the rings. He made the staff get a couple out of the cabinets so he could properly look at them.

So far Timberlake has been very closed mouthed about his relationship with the actress. He refused to comment on Biel while on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show.’ “I’m dating someone but all I can tell you is she smells lovely,” Timberlake said.

Biel, 25, and Timberlake, 26, have been dating a little over a year.
